“Let your mind start a journey through a strange new world. Leave all thoughts of the world you knew before. Let your soul take you where you long to be. Close your eyes, let your spirit start to soar, and you’ll live as you’ve never lived before.”
Live abundantly by letting your interests and passions drive you…
When you truly lose yourself in something that moves you, you will eventually find yourself lost in that magnificent journey. I always tell my clients coming for hypnosis with a weight issue to never use the words lost or lose when it comes to their goals, as the subconscious mind always looks for whatever they’ve lost, but in the frame of losing yourself in the journey, you actually find what you’re looking for—the essence of your true magnificence.
The same way your body responds to the right nutrients and exercise, your heart, mind, and spirit also need nourishment by bringing meaning to your life with a balance of fulfilling work and play. By letting your interests and passions drive you forward, you begin to live more abundantly.
Be willing to be vulnerable…
When we open our heart and mind, we learn, love, laugh, grow, and experience life’s gifts without even knowing how and why. We open ourselves to being vulnerable which is the openness to possibilities. The risk of being vulnerable provides us with the opportunity to free ourselves to new discoveries. We begin to look out into the world with a greater perspective of who we are with an open heart.
Never give up on the things that make your heart skip a beat. When you’re focused on something you love to do, then that passion becomes more powerful than the reality of the moment.
Express your love • Live your truth • Share your enthusiasm • Take action toward meaningful goals • Walk your talk • Embrace your gifts. • Dance to the beat of your own drum • Work on something worth remembering.
And if you can’t get there by yourself, hypnotherapy will help you along the way.
Allow yourself to feel and to be open and authentic. Tear down any emotional walls you have built around you and feel every unique emotion—both good and bad. This is how you welcome new opportunities. Marc Hack once said, “vulnerability sounds like honesty and feels like courage. Honesty and courage aren’t always the easiest choices, but they’re never the wrong ones.”
When you truly lose yourself in something that moves you, you will eventually find yourself being the expression of your magnificence. Enjoy the journey!
