I had tried other methods to lose weight in the past, including a medical diet, but I always gained the weight back because I was careless about how I ate. I found out about the Motivational Institute of Hypnosis when my wife heard you present a spoon bending class. I wasn’t sure what to think about Hypnosis, but I thought I’d give it a shot.
