I had tried other methods to lose weight in the past, including a medical diet, but I always gained the weight back because I was careless about how I ate. “I first found out about using your hypnosis services from my Mom. I was skeptical at the time, but I considered myself to be “open” to give hypnosis a try to lose weight.
