“I had to lose weight. Carrying around 100 extra pounds was affecting my knee joints as well as my blood pressure. I had tried other methods to lose weight in the past, including a medical diet, but I always gained the weight back because I was careless about how I ate. I found out about the Motivational Institute of Hypnosis when my wife heard you present a spoon bending class. I wasn’t sure what to think about Hypnosis, but I thought I’d give it a shot. During our sessions I was very relaxed. When you first gave me suggestions that I would stop eating as soon as I was full, I thought to myself, “Yeah right!” I was REALLY skeptical. But you know what? IT WORKED! I’ve already “gotten rid of 50 pounds, and I don’t have the urge to eat like I did before. People are really noticing the changes and they ask me what I’m doing. I always laugh when I tell them the story. Hypnosis really works!”
