Course Description: Hypnosis is a powerful intervention used to achieve a state of well being. A broad range of methods and techniques will be taught. This approach helps in developing a better understanding of how the mind processes and takes in information and suggestions. Students will learn how to communicate directly with the subconscious mind with the use of inductions, deepening techniques, guided imagery, therapeutic metaphors, and Ericksonian Hypnosis. Students will become skilled at uncovering limiting beliefs and forgiveness issues through inner child work, which includes Alchemical and Gestalt hypnosis. This, along with many other hypnosis modalities, will be taught to help in creating a vision and goal in becoming a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Course Goal and Objectives: Students will learn cutting edge techniques and applications of hypnosis. A solid foundation of techniques and structure will be incorporated that will help optimize any hypnosis practice. Students will also learn the importance of the body/mind/spirit connection and how to maximize this connection using hypnosis. These techniques are used to overcome negative habits or limiting beliefs in nearly any setting. The content will benefit anyone desiring to improve their own issues and add to their tool box of hypnotherapy techniques. This course is beneficial to anyone seeking personal change and can be used to inspire greatness with individual clients, groups, and others.
