What version of yourself do you want to be? Becoming that person is at the heart of your personal power. Visualize it; feel the energy, and vibrate with it…then the possibility of you creating the best version of yourself is that much greater.
Before you can truly turn your dreams into reality, you must first take the past out of your future. You can’t control what happened in the past, but you can control how you respond to it, even now.
It’s important to set your intensions every day as to how you want to show-up in life. Your intentions become the energy behind the motivation that manifests in your life.
We all talk to ourselves. Even when you are not listening, your subconscious mind hears those self-talk messages. Whatever follows a thought or statement of “I am” determines what your experience will be, as it reflects what you are inviting into your life.
Speak the power of “I am” to the power of what you want. Too often people use an “I am” statement with a limiting belief or something negative about themselves, thereby supporting those beliefs. If someone says, “I am a procrastinator,” that’s what will manifest. Make sure your “I am” statements precede statements about what you want—not what you don’t want.
Along life’s journey, we’ve all experienced what we refer to as Analysis Paralysis. We get stuck analyzing situations or having to make a decision about something, but can’t seem to choose what to do. Yet when a decision is not made that itself is a decision.
At the end of each day, ask yourself, “What went well for me you today?” Then ask yourself, “What can I do better tomorrow?”
I invite you to choose a word or phrase that will capture the essence of what inspires you and gives you purpose, focus, and energy to become the best version of yourself.
Close your eyes for a moment and resonate with it. Embody that version of the you you want to be and how you’d like to show-up in any circumstance.
Whenever you feel stressed or stuck in a situation, the quickest way to change that state of mind is to move your body. Smile, stretch, stand tall, dance—just move! Take a deep breath (or more) and resonate with your word or phrase. By moving your body, an automatic energy shift happens within, along with your emotions.
Imagine standing strong and smiling. Breathe that in. Begin to notice (even subtle) changes happening in your life, while manifesting more of your intentions.
By creating new patterns, you create new outcomes turning your dreams into reality.
