Expand your mind's power.

Don’t give up on your dreams…If cauliflower can be a pizza and zucchini can be noodles, then you can be anything you want.

  • Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.
  • Never tell yourself you missed your chance.
  • Never tell yourself that you aren’t good enough.

It’s okay if you don’t know what your dreams are yet…you never know where you’ll end up tomorrow. Recognize that following your heart often means taking a risk; few things in life worth having are risk-free. If you’re doing what you’re passionate about that aligns with your beliefs, you won’t regret it.

Whatever your dreams are, it is not too late to achieve it.  Happy New Year!

Make kindness a habit.
